Dr. Oz's Slimming Fat Flush Water! Ingredients: 1 Tangerine or Orange 1 cucumber 1 grapefruit or 2 Lemons Filtered water 6 Peppermint Leaves Directions: Slice the cucumbers,tangerine, grapefruit on the side to make 'O' shapes ( Don't use cubes.) Put all of your sliced fruits into your pitcher Add filtered water. ( Just make sure your drink doesn't taste more like water than it does punch.) Add your peppermint leaves Chill for 1-2 hours
