Good to know. Cupcakes for two - 1 egg white, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/4 cup flour 1/4 heaped teaspoon baking powder, pinch of salt, 1 1/2 tablespoons milk Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin pan with 2 liners.
